Last December's Sputnik Santa (posted much more recently, though).
It would be remiss not to say that this image is based heavily on the below postcard from the Soviet Union. Santa's equivalent Russian character is often depicted wearing blue, and his cloak is often adorned with snowflakes or other patterns. This style of rocketship appears over and over in Russian postcards from the era.
